I used to think being a "runner" meant you had to log "serious miles". You had to set time goals. You had to do marathons. You had to get in a run every day. You had to get leaner, trimmer, tighter.
Then, I had a baby. In the middle of a global pandemic. While working full time and trying to finish a Ph.D.
So I stopped calling myself a "runner" because I wasn't doing what a runner "had to" do.
But now, I want to stop with the "had to" and get back to the "hell yeah." Here's why I hope you'll join the route ...
